Day 1 — Arrival Rome


Upon arrival, meet your professional tour guide for a short transfer to central Rome. Enjoy an introductory tour of famous landmarks such as the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. The remainder of the day is yours to explore at leisure. Overnight stay in Rome.

Day 2 —  Rome


In the morning, enjoy a tour of Rome's highlights: Trevi Fountain, Santa Maria Maggiore basilica, and Piazza Navona. Ascend Capitol Hill to Santa Maria in Aracoeli, known for its stunning artworks. The rest of the day is yours to relax. Overnight stay in Rome.

Day 3 — Vatican City


This morning, explore Vatican City, including the Vatican Museums and the famous Sistine Chapel. Marvel at masterpieces by renowned artists such as Caravaggio and Michelangelo. Afterward, visit St. Peter's Square and the Basilica of St. Peter's. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight stay in Rome.

Day 4 — Rome


Today, explore Rome's historic sites including the Basilica of St. John Lateran, Scala Santa, Circus Maximus, Catacombs, Baths of Caracalla, and Aventine Hill. Visit iconic landmarks like the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Arch of Septimius Severus, and Palazzo Venezia. Overnight stay in Rome.

Day 5 — Monte Cassino and Pompeii


Leaving Rome, we travel south along the "Highway to the Sun," passing through the fertile Latium countryside and vineyards of the Roman Castles. En route, catch a glimpse of the Abbey of Monte Cassino before reaching Pompeii, buried by ash from Mount Vesuvius in 79 A.D. Then, continue to Sorrento, known for its stunning cliffs and historic center. Overnight stay in Sorrento.

Day 6 — Sorrento and The Amalfi Coast


This morning, journey along the stunning Amalfi Coast, a 50-kilometer stretch of coastline known for its sheer cliffs, rugged shoreline, and pastel-colored fishing villages. Explore charming villages and admire terraced vineyards and lemon groves along the way. Return to Sorrento in the afternoon, where you'll have leisure time to explore further. Overnight stay in Sorrento.

Day 7 — Assisi


This morning, we head north to Assisi to visit the Basilica of St. Francis and his tomb. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. We then continue to Florence, the birthplace of renowned artists and writers such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, and Dante. Florence, once a powerful medieval city-state, is considered the birthplace of the Italian language and played a pivotal role in shaping modern civilization. Overnight stay in Florence.

Day 8 — Florence


This morning, enjoy a guided tour of Florence, including the Accademia Gallery Museum, housing Michelangelo's original "David," and the Cappella Medicea at San Lorenzo. Visit Santa Croce Church where renowned artists like Michelangelo are buried. The afternoon is yours to explore at leisure. Overnight stay in Florence.

Day 9 — Pisa


In Pisa's Piazza del Duomo, you'll find the Cathedral, Leaning Tower, Baptistry, and Cemetery. The Bell Tower, started in 1174, leans due to the soil and was completed in 1350. The Basilica construction began in 1064 and features notable artworks. The Baptistry, a circular building started in 1152, was completed in the 13th century. Overnight stay in Florence.

Day 10 — Ravenna


This morning, depart for Ravenna for a guided tour of its unique "medio orientali" architecture, featuring stunning mosaics at landmarks like the Basilica of San Vitale. Lunch will be served locally before heading to Venice, known for its artistic heritage and architecture on water, famously described by "Le Corbusier." Overnight stay in Venice.

Day 11 — Venice


This morning, enjoy a guided walking tour of Venice with a local guide, visiting St. Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace. See iconic landmarks like the Bridge of Sighs and the Rialto Bridge. The afternoon is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Venice.

Day 12 — Venice


Today, we embark on a full-day excursion along the Brenta River. We'll visit Villa Pisani, Villa Valmarana, and Villa Foscari, marveling at their exquisite architecture and stunning frescoes. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing our river cruise. In the evening, we gather for a farewell dinner at a typical Venetian restaurant. Overnight stay in Venice.

Day 13 — Departure


An executive motor coach is provided for the transfer to Marco Polo International Airport.
